Licensed Insurance Agent for Inside Sales Needed (Greensboro, NC office)

 

Summary:

 

The successful candidate will provide clients with a fair and adequate quote for insurance from one of our many carriers based on a needs analysis conducted on the phone, via email, or face-to-face.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Compile data for support staff to put into our comparative rating system.

Present proposals to clients.

Bind coverage.

Attend networking events to creat referral partners in the community (including mortgage brokers, property managers, bankers and real estate agents).

Work within our team structure to reach the most clients in the most efficient manner.

 

Requirements:

 

Self-starter (although our pay possibilities will motivate you!).

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

Comprehensive understanding of personal and commercial lines of insurance.

 

This role requires a strong aptitude for math and analytical skills and the ability to convey the information to the general public in a simplified manner. Speed and accuracy are of the utmost importance.
