Claims happen to all of us.  As your insurance advisors, we'd welcome you to call us before calling your insurance carrier.  With that said, if you are in an emergency situation, by all means call 911.  Once the situation is under control, then give us a call.  After hours, our voice mail is forwarded to our email so we will get your message and return your call as soon as possible.  If it is after regular business hours and you need to speak to someone immediately, you may want to call the carrier directly.
